Honda Apprenticeships Be Part Of Our Future
If you think you have what it takes for an apprenticeship with Honda, then search for a vacancy in your area and complete the online application. If we don’t have a vacancy, apply anyway and, if you pass our minimum requirements, we will assess your application and aim to find a suitable placement in your area.

WHO CAN APPLY?

As a minimum you will need three GCSEs at grade A* - C or grade 4 - 9 (or equivalent), be a resident in the United Kingdom and Islands, European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) or have the right to work in the United Kingdom (evidence will be required) in order to apply. THE PROCESS

  1. Complete the online application form.
  2. Your application will be reviewed by the Apprenticeship team and a shortlist is created.
  3. Everyone on the shortlist is invited to an assessment day at the dealership. Along with your invitation, you will receive an assessment, which must be completed prior to attending the assessment day.
  4. The assessment day takes the form of group activities and interviews. See below for tips on how to stand out during the assessment day.
  5. Most selected candidates will complete a 2-3 days work trial at the Dealership.
  6. The successful candidate will be offered the Apprenticeship job.

We aim to complete this within 6 weeks, start to finish, however due to the number of applicants it can take longer.

INTERVIEW TIPS

Do your research and find out about the Honda brand and the Dealership before applying and especially before the assessment day. Remember, this is a professional job interview, so dress smart! At Honda, we look for the right personality, characteristics and attitude, not necessarily experience, so be confident in who you are.
