Our Customer Service Apprenticeships are split into 2 areas – Parts Advisor and Service Advisor - offering an outstanding opportunity to receive first class training for a crucial part of operations within all dealerships.

Our Customer Service Apprenticeships last between 12 and 18 months. You will be working at your local Honda Car, Motorcycle or Power Equipment dealership with the support of a Work Place Mentor. You will attend Block Training at the Honda Institute and benefit from regular in-Dealership support from your assigned Assessment & Employment Coach. 

You will be paid a wage throughout your training and by the end of your apprenticeship you will have gained nationally recognised industry qualifications. Our apprenticeships provide you with the opportunity to progress your career within the specialist Dealer Network of a renowned and respected brand.

SERVICE ADVISOR

By the end of your Apprenticeship Programme you will have achieved:
  • Level 2 customer Service Practitioner - Apprenticeship standard
  • Honda Aftersales Operating Standard 
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 1 compulsory (Level 2 targeted)
  • Fuctional Skills English Level 1 compulsory (Level 2 targeted)

PARTS ADVISOR

By the end of your Apprenticeship Programme you will have achieved:
  • Level 2 customer Service Practitioner - Apprenticeship standard

  • Honda Aftersales Operating Standard

  • Functional Skills Maths Level 1 compulsory (Level 2 targeted)

  • Fuctional Skills English Level 1 compulsory (Level 2 targeted)
