The Honda Service Advisor Apprenticeship has been developed with the Honda dealer network and offers an outstanding opportunity to receive first class training through a blended learning programme which includes classroom training, online learning, as well as in-dealer mentoring and development.

Working on Service reception, you will learn all aspects of the Service Advisor role, which is a crucial part of the aftersales operation within a Honda dealership. Topics include Honda systems, warranty procedures, and communication and upselling skills in order to deliver outstanding customer service to Honda customers on a day to day basis.

The Service Advisor Programme lasts
for one year, during which time you will
be employed by your local Honda Car dealership and attend Block Training at the Honda Institute Centre of Excellence. Ideal candidates will have good communication skills and attributes, along with a desire to work within a customer facing environment, representing the Honda brand.

You will be paid throughout your training and you will receive first class support from a Work Place Mentor and an Apprentice Development Coach.
